Refund Policy – SAG
At Al-Majmoua Consulting Software Company, we always strive to provide the best software solutions and services to our clients. Due to the nature of our work in software development and digital services, our refund policy is outlined as follows:
1. Non-Refundable Digital Services
All services provided by the company (such as software development, website design, application hosting, or any technical solutions) are considered intangible digital services. Therefore, they are non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
A client may be entitled to a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
If work on the project has not yet started.
If the company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons beyond its control.
In the event of a material error or cancellation initiated by the company.
3. Refund Request
Clients must submit a written refund request via the company’s official email, clearly stating the reason for the request.
The request will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of receipt, and the client will be notified of approval or rejection along with the reasons.
4. Refund Procedure
If the refund is approved, the due amount will be transferred to the client via the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 business days.
The company is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
5. Additional or Custom Services
Any special or custom services (such as developing custom software systems or pre-paid hosting) are non-refundable after agreement and commencement of work.
6. Modification of the Refund Policy
The company reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time, and any updates will be posted on this page.
